All weekend or partial-week rentals have flexible check-in and check-out times.
Two-night minimum stay required
$300 fully refundable damage deposit required for all rentals.

Please note: we do not rent to prom groups or similar party groups (spring break, etc.) in either the main house or the apartment. For the comfort of our guests, we also do not allow pets and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
